My name is JD. James if your into detail but it doesn't quite roll off the tongue in the same manner of speech. Anyway, I'm just your average kind of guy: I eat, I sleep, I stare at things until they implode . . . your normal everyday stuff. I fully believe that thousands of generations lived and died before us solely to create me . . . what other possible explanation could there be.

As far as my personal interests go - sorry guys - I'm straight. But on another note, I'm highly interested in music of all sorts (exluding anything I don't like) and roughly anything relating to computers. I love media. FL Studio 7 (sound editing, music creation suite) is one of the greatest programs ever and is much less complicated than anything Steinberg has put it, although not quite as powerful. I like doing animation, as long as it isnt done in the crap environment of Flash 8. 3DS Max is wonderful. After Effects is as well. Probably more so but only because it enables you to more easily work with Premiere Pro. And on the subject of music. I play piano by ear . . . and in my opinion being unable to read music is the greatest way to compose because it requires what you write to be based off nothing you have seen before. I *can* . . . "play" . . . guitar when necessary but my fingers are more apt sliding across the ivory keys. Modern chord crap is in no way remotely competitive with classical piano and guitar. I also play drums but not to the extent of the others. Violins are nice too . . . currently learning how to play them.

I also like writing and decided I would start posting random musings if only to entertain myself or for that matter, you, during the boring class hours of web design . . . okanecert, okanecert
